Christmas Music of the Day #6
O Holy Night, by GENTRI
Unlike some other Christmas music, I do believe the beautiful hymn "O Holy Night" can be butchered by some artists - especially if they are showcasing their own talent instead of the message of the song.
This version is sung by GENTRI, a group that has been around since 2014. From their home page, we read: "GENTRI, which is short for “The Gentlemen Trio” was established in June 2014 and is comprised of three dynamic tenors: Brad Robins, Casey Elliott and Bradley Quinn Lever. Pioneering a signature sound they call “Cinematic Pop,” the music of GENTRI is transfused with lush, epic orchestrations and rich, dynamic three-part harmonies all composed by the group’s producer Stephen Nelson"
